Single origin Mexican decaf, decaffeinated via mountain water process. We choose to never purchase green coffee beans decaffeinated by chemical processes. Mountain water process essentially uses water and carbon filters to remove the caffeine from the coffee beans, instead of chemical processes that leave that tell-tale taste, letting you know that it is a decaf coffee you are sipping on.
