Order Cancellation

Please contact our Customer Service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our return and refund policies if our Customer Service has confirmed the item has been shipped.

Return Policy

Unused Goods purchased within 30 days are eligible for a refund. Items sold on our website that were made to order (i.e. custom specifications) are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the conditions mentioned in the Return Policy at our sole discretion.

We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions including shipping and handling charges. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Please note that it may take as long as 7 business days (depending on your bank) to receive reimbursement for returned items after it has been received by the return facility.
